Wether you are staying for a few days before or after the wedding weekend, there is many things to explore during your visit to Palma de Mallorca. Below we have listed a few activities, however, there is plenty of other options! Discover Mallorca's magnificent hiking trails as you explore its stunning natural landscapes. In 2011, UNESCO World Heritage Site status was awarded to Mallorca’s magnificent Serra de Tramuntana. This impressive mountain range – almost 90km long – forms the backbone of Mallorca, and stretches from Andratx in the southwest to the Cap de Formentor in the far north of the island.


There will be tailored hiking routes to explore the Tramuntana Mountains for those who need a little fresh air and walking. Combine your route with different gastronomic or wine tasting experiences.

Arquinesia, a Mallorcan perfumerie, was created and designed as a result of many different travels to the Mediterranean Sea and out of love for the Balearic Islands.


The main store can be found in the magnificent centre of Palma de Mallorca in a small side street. “The Secret Place” is what the store has been lovingly named and become known for.

Walk on Via Veri

Boutique shops can be found in Via Veri, along with some great jewellery and designer stores. Situated next to the Borne, another very popular shopping area in Palma, you can browse Via Veri and also make a stop at the Borne during the same visit. The area is beautifully decorated with vines and plants outside many of the storefronts and is definitely a spot to capture on camera as part of your holiday snaps.

Cala Llombards

A secluded cove beach in the southeast of Mallorca, near the small village, Es Llombards, and about 10 kilometres from Santanyi - a lovely and creative south-east town in Mallorca.


ES TRENC BEACH

The beach of Es Trenc is close to Campos on the southern coast of Majorca is part of the Natural Area of Special Interest Es Trenc-Salobrar de Campos. The beach is about 10 km long and extends from Sa Ràpita to Colònia de Sant Jordi.

Cala Mondragó

Cala Mondragó is one of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca, about 10 kilometres from the rural town of Santanyi.


There are two restaurants on the beachfront at Cala Mondragó where you can find good food at a pretty good price. They are casual, offering tapas, fish, chips and some simple Mallorcan dishes. There are also two snack bars here for sandwiches, drinks and ice cream!

Valldemossa

The town of Valldemossa is only around 15-20 minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca into the Tramuntana mountains, but feels a world away from the capital. Perched on a hilltop, surrounded by terraced terrain, Valldemossa was named after the area’s original Moorish landowner, Muza. With its car-free cobbled alleys and rich cultural heritage, the town is a treat to visit.


Deiá

The small coastal village of Deià, on the northwest coast of Mallorca, is one of the prettiest villages on the island. Perched in a ravine at the foot of the Teix mountain, with views out to the Mediterranean below, Deià has long been a magnet for famous artists, writers and other creative people – most notably the writer Robert Graves. If you go, make sure to book your lunch or dinner at La Residencia.
